Supreme Golf Rewards – Program Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are effective June 1, 2020, and set forth the terms and conditions of the Supreme Golf Rewards Program (the “Program”). The Terms constitute the agreement between Supreme Golf, Inc. (“Supreme Golf”) and you (“You” or “User”) and supersede any previously issued terms and conditions for the Program as well as any prior versions of the Program administered by Supreme Golf. Your booking of a golf reservation through Supreme Golf’s platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
Supreme Golf customers will be rewarded for booking a golf reservation through Supreme Golf’s distribution channels with Supreme Golf Rewards points that accumulate toward Promo Codes redeemable towards the purchase price of any “Deals” tee time and convenience fees offered by Supreme Golf. Rewards may be used each time for a discount on a “Deals” tee time and convenience fees or can be accrued and redeemed for the total value of a “Deals” tee time and convenience fees; provided the value of such Promo Code meets or exceeds the assigned price for the tee time and convenience fees reserved. Supreme Golf, at any time and at its sole discretion, may modify or eliminate the Program and may modify the Terms at any time and without notice. This means that Supreme Golf may make changes that affect, without limitation, processes, benefits, and rules for earning and redeeming Supreme Golf Rewards points, rules for the use and availability of points and Supreme Golf Rewards, reward inventory, and reward types. All Supreme Golf Rewards associated with the Program are subject to availability. Termination of the Program will result in forfeiture of any unclaimed points and Supreme Golf Rewards and any applicable Supreme Golf Rewards status.
Certain Supreme Golf partners, markets, and courses may not participate in the Program, such partners, markets, and courses being subject to change or termination at any time and without notice by Supreme Golf.
In order for reservations of golf to qualify toward Supreme Golf Rewards points, such reservation: (i) must be booked while signed into a registered Supreme Golf account on Supreme Golf.com or the Supreme Golf mobile app; and (ii) become valid after the play date. Rewards points will expire One (1) year from the earned date. Certain reservations that are booked using Promo Codes may not be eligible, and rounds booked during Guest Checkout are not considered eligible. Reservations that are refunded or cancelled after the play date due to bad weather do not qualify towards Supreme Golf Rewards points. Only Supreme Golf Rewards points will count toward status in the Program.
Rewards points, status, Promo Codes, or other benefits associated with a User’s account do not constitute property of the User, have no cash or monetary value, and cannot be bartered, sold, or transferred by operation of law or otherwise. Except as otherwise specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions, eligible Supreme Golf Rewards points earned are not transferable to other programs administered by Supreme Golf and/or its affiliates. Accounts can only be assigned to one individual; no joint accounts will be permitted. In the event of the death of a User, their Supreme Golf Rewards points are not transferable and cannot be given to survivors or beneficiaries. To the extent that any Supreme Golf Rewards benefits are subject to income or other taxes, the recipient is responsible for paying all such taxes.
Fraud or abuse occurring in connection with the Program is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Supreme Golf. This includes, but is not limited to, the forfeiture of all accrued points, cancellation of any reward previously issued, and/or termination of the User’s participation in the Program and any other Supreme Golf program, including but not limited to SG Club. Examples of fraud or abuse include, but are not limited to: Users creating multiple accounts for the same User to earn multiple sets of Supreme Golf Rewards; Users booking a reservation of golf in order to earn points and Supreme Golf Rewards, but not actually showing up at the course to play the round; Users selling or otherwise attempting to transfer their points, Supreme Golf Rewards or status to others.

All questions or disputes involving the Program and/or the interpretation or application of these Terms will be decided by Supreme Golf in its sole discretion, and all such decisions shall be final. The sole remedy available to Users with respect to the Program shall be the crediting or re-crediting of points and/or Supreme Golf Rewards to a User’s account.
The Program is void where prohibited by law and is initially only available to Users residing in the United States. These Terms and the Program shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas. All disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and any causes of action arising out of or connected with the Program, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action (with any damages limited to the amount of points, benefits, or status subject to the dispute, and in no event including special, consequential, or indirect losses or damages), in state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas.
Participation in the Program constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for Supreme Golf and/or its affiliates to use the participant’s name, likeness, biography, statements, and any other similar materials for marketing, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation to the participant or any limitation. Participants may be contacted by Supreme Golf and/or its affiliates with future promotional offers. Information provided by a participant in the Program is subject to Supreme Golf’s privacy policies and the Program and all rounds booked by a User are governed by Supreme Golf’s Terms and Conditions.
